Retrospection
We’re 4K Studio — not just because we’re high-res and crisp (although, yes, we are), but because our team is made up of Kat, Katrina, Ken, and Kwan (Franziska's last name). Together, we’re four creatives who somehow balance chill vibes with getting things done.
What made our group click?
Our Contributions
Clear communication, respect for each other’s ideas (even the really out-there ones), and a shared goal to just make something awesome. We laughed a lot, got confused a fair bit, but had so much fun turning our ideas into something real.
That’s 4K Studio — slightly chaotic, always creative, and here for the vibes.

→Katrina worked her magic with illustrations and AR
→Franziska kept us organized as the project manager while crafting narrative and 3D models.
→Ken brought in the VR coolness with modeling and storytelling.
As a team, we each brought unique strengths—whether in illustration, technical development, storytelling, or project management. Together, we created a range of interactive assets including the piano interface, scrapbook ending, digital artifacts, Roblox house, and illustrated characters.
This project challenged us to balance creativity with technical constraints. We learned the importance of early testing, iterative design, and adapting quickly when tools like Spline or Roblox didn’t behave as expected. AI tools like ElevenLabs played a big role in elevating our narrative, and it was exciting to explore their creative potential for the first time.
Strong communication was key throughout the term. By staying aligned, dividing tasks based on strengths, and supporting each other when things got tough, we were able to deliver something we’re all proud of. This experience sharpened our collaboration skills and gave us valuable insights we’ll carry into future academic and professional work.
